Tell us about what makes your business unique.
We’re proudly a team of 7 unique and hard working women. We’re all seasoned event professionals with various event planning and catering backgrounds. We are able to work together and help each other out, it’s our very own network.
What differentiates you from other vendors?
We are available to take on any project no matter how big or small. We partner with many extraordinary vendors to produce events together as a team. We’re working side by side with the venue, catering, floral company, photographer and more.
Tell us about the services you offer.
We’re a full service event planning company. We really do customize every proposal to fit our client’s exact planning needs. We offer everything from Full Planning and Production to Month of Coordination (and everything in between!).
Describe a day in the life!
We split our time about 50/50. 50% is generally behind the computer, planning, researching, drafting proposals & time lines and corresponding with clients and vendors via email. We spend the other 50% on-site at venues for events, site visits and meetings. We also attend a lot of tastings, floral samples and invitation meetings.
What is your absolute favorite part of your job?
The people! We have the best clients! They’re also so excited and happy and we feed off that energy. Not to mention all the awesome industry people! We’re very friendly with hundreds of vendors so it makes all those meetings so much fun!
What can your clients expect from working with you?
A fun yet structured planning experience. We’re super proud of the relationships we form with our clients. We’re extremely flexible and we’ll do whatever it takes to bring our clients vision to life!
Where do you find inspirations?
Many of our inspirations come directly from our relationships with our vendors and clients! The vendors are always showcasing new and amazing things. We’re so lucky that they’re always sharing new and exciting things with us! Our clients are pretty involved with their style and we LOVE hearing from them! What do they want? Of course we also do our best to keep up with fashion trends and food trends which have a direct connection to wedding style!
What design and decor trends are you loving right now?
Oh there are too many to name! We’re loving small details with furniture, bar carts, custom signage and big, colorful flowers!
